For shipping-related issues such as lost, misdelivered, or stolen packages marked as delivered, resolution is handled
directly through the carrier on a case-by-case basis.
If your tracking shows
"Delivered" but the package cannot be located, please first check with:
- Your local shipping carrier
- Your building manager, parcel locker, or mailbox provider
- Neighbors or nearby delivery locations
If the issue remains unresolved or the carrier officially marks the package as lost in transit, contact us at

Eleuva LLC is not responsible for packages delivered to the address provided at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error are not eligible for refund or replacement.
